SMG Racing manages corporate NASCAR partnerships, brand visibility programs, and high-value activations across national race events. Our goal is to help companies grow through strategic exposure and unforgettable experiences on and off the track.

Sales reps receive leadership support, proven scripts, CRM access, and ongoing coaching. You can close deals independently or loop in leadership for assistance anytime you choose.

What You’ll Do

This is a pure outbound sales role — no marketing responsibilities.

  • Run the full sales process
  • (Prospecting → Outreach → Qualification → Pitch → Negotiate → Close)
  • Identify prospects and key decision-makers
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and business social platforms
  • Present NASCAR sponsorship opportunities to business owners, CMOs, and marketing executives
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Provide daily pipeline updates
  • Use leadership support on larger negotiations (optional)
  • Close sponsorship deals and nurture long-term relationships

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Sales experience preferred — motivated communicators encouraged to apply
  • Backgrounds that do well in this role include outbound sales, partnerships, media, SaaS, insurance, direct sales, merchant services, customer service, retail management, automotive, telemarketing, and more.
  • Confident communicator (verbal + written)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach
  • Organized with strong follow-up skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and financially driven
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • No content creation or marketing duties — strictly outbound sales

Compensation:

  • Paid twice monthly (bi-weekly)
  • Unlimited earning potential
